Nuevo Classico

[ Placeholder ] Nuevo Classico was drawn around the core first. The board is engineered on a multi-ply substrate so that a six-inch face can be specified in conditions where a solid plank of the same width would not hold flat. Wear layer, surface treatment and edge detail were then fixed together, not chosen afterwards.

[ Placeholder ] The sawn face carries enough material for refinishing over a commercial life cycle. Surface work is done before finish, so the texture reads at grazing light rather than under it. The result is a collection that behaves the same on grade, above grade and below grade.
